Watch it run
The ask rides the job completion, not a memory. Wording is yours.
Why the best-reviewed company is usually the one that asks
Reviews decide ties. When three companies look the same in the search results, the one with more recent reviews gets the call.
The window is short. The best moment to ask is the same day, while the experience is fresh. A week later the customer has moved on.
Asking is a system, not a personality trait. The crew is busy. The ask should happen because the job was completed, not because someone remembered.

The rules we keep
No review gating. Everyone who is asked gets the same link, whether they were happy or not. Filtering by sentiment first violates Google's policies and we do not do it.
No incentives for reviews. A thank-you is fine. A discount for a review is not.
No fake reviews, ever, and we do not work with anyone who wants them.
Common questions
Is automated review requesting allowed by Google?
Yes, asking customers for reviews is allowed. What is not allowed is gating (only asking happy customers), incentivizing, or writing reviews for people. Our setup follows the policy.
What if we get a bad review?
You are alerted the same day with a draft response written to be calm and specific. A thoughtful public reply to a bad review often does more for trust than ten silent good ones.
When does the request go out?
Usually the same day the job is completed, at a time that suits your customers. You set the trigger and the timing. One reminder follows if needed, then it stops.
Can it request reviews on other sites besides Google?
Yes. Where your customers look, such as Yelp, Facebook, or an industry platform, we can rotate or add links. Google is usually first because it drives the most calls.
Does it work with our field-service or practice software?
The trigger can be configured to work with job completion in tools like Jobber, Housecall Pro, or a practice management system, or with our own pipeline.
