About DigeWorks

Built for businesses that book work.

We work with the plumbers, contractors, clinics, and shops that keep towns running.

Why we exist

Most "tech for small business" was built for software companies.

The tools that came out of the SaaS boom were designed for companies with marketing teams, developers, and months to spend on onboarding. Local service businesses got handed the same tools and told to figure it out.

Most of them have a website that doesn't convert, a CRM they set up once and never touched again, and no follow-up system at all. Leads come in, get missed, and go somewhere else.

DigeWorks exists to fix that. We take the same systems that Fortune 500 sales teams use to capture and follow up with every lead, strip out the complexity, and configure them specifically for local service businesses.

The result is a connected stack that captures more leads, follows up faster, and books more work. Set up once, owned by you, runs every day.

Most software was built for software companies. Not for the people who actually keep towns running.

If you run a plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or home services business, you don't need another app. You need a system that books more work without you babysitting it. Missed call? Texted back automatically. New lead? Already in your CRM, already getting follow-up. Old customer ghosted? Reactivation campaign brings them back.

That's what we build. Set up once. Runs every day. Yours to own.

I've spent 15 years running sales and building lead systems for some of the biggest software companies in the country, including HubSpot, ion interactive, and GovSpend. I've sat in thousands of sales calls watching what works and what doesn't. The systems the Fortune 500 uses to capture every lead and follow up in seconds aren't magic. They're just configured right.

I started DigeWorks because home service business owners deserve the same horsepower, without needing a marketing department to run it.

What we believe

The principles behind the work.

Systems beat hustle.

Hard work without a system is just work. The right system compounds. You do the work once, the system does it a thousand times.

Outcomes over features.

We don't care how cool the tool is if it doesn't book more jobs. Every decision starts with the result, not the technology.

One stack, fully wired.

No more bolt-on tools that don't talk to each other. Every piece we build connects to the next one on purpose.

Done-for-you, owned by you.

When we hand off, you own the system completely. No dependency on us to operate it. That's the whole point.
