DigeWorks Consulting LLC provides business consulting, CRM setup, marketing automation, and related services to home service businesses and contractors. Service details, scope, and fees are outlined in separate service agreements or proposals.
Our services are intended for businesses and individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
Consent to Receive SMS: By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from DigeWorks Consulting LLC. Messages may include appointment reminders, follow-up communications, and business updates.
Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message.

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. All fees are due as outlined in the applicable proposal or invoice. DigeWorks reserves the right to modify pricing with advance notice.
All content, materials, and deliverables created by DigeWorks remain the intellectual property of DigeWorks until full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon full payment, deliverables are assigned to the client as specified in the service agreement.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service relationship.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigeWorks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. DigeWorks does not guarantee specific business results from the use of its services.
Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice as specified in the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees for services rendered to date.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
We may update these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
