Watch it run
A typical rescue on a plumbing line. The wording is tuned to your business before it goes live.
Why a text works when a voicemail does not
Most callers who reach voicemail do not leave one. They call the next result. A text arrives while they still have the phone in their hand, before they have dialed anyone else.
It comes from your number, so the reply thread lands in your inbox like any other text, and a human can jump in at any point.
It asks one question. Not a menu, not a form. The caller answers the way they would answer a person, and the booking happens inside the same thread.
One connected system
What turns on in week one
Missed-call detection on your existing business number, with no porting and no new number to publish.
A first text in your voice that goes out within seconds of the missed call, day or night.
Two-way texting in one shared inbox, so your office or the AI employee can keep the conversation going.
Booking inside the thread: available times offered, appointment confirmed, calendar updated, confirmation sent.
Owner and dispatcher alerts for anything that looks urgent, so a real person can call back when it matters.
Every rescued call logged as a lead with its source, so you can see at month end how many jobs the text-back saved.
Quiet hours and business rules, so the text says the right thing at 2 AM and on holidays.

Where it matters most
What it is and is not
It is the fastest fix we install. It does not need a new website, a new phone system, or a new CRM to work.
It is not a replacement for answering the phone. It is the safety net under the calls you cannot get to.
It respects texting rules. Callers who text STOP are never messaged again, and the wording stays honest about who is replying.
Common questions
Does it work with my current phone number?
In most cases yes. Missed-call text-back can be configured to work with the number you already publish, so nothing changes for your customers. If your carrier setup needs a different routing, we tell you before anything goes live.
What does the first text say?
Something a person at your company would say: who you are, an apology for missing the call, and one question. We write it with you, in your voice, and test it before it goes live.
What if the caller wants a person, not a text?
The thread flags it and alerts whoever is on call. Urgent words like leak, no heat, or flooding can trigger an immediate call-back rule.
Can the AI employee take over the conversation?
Yes. If you run our AI receptionist, it can answer questions, qualify the job, and book the appointment inside the same text thread, and hand off to a human when it should.
How do I know it is working?
Every missed call, text, reply, and booking is logged with its source. Your monthly report shows calls missed, calls rescued, and jobs booked from the text-back.
Is this legal for business texting?
Business texting requires registration of your number for application-to-person messaging, which we handle as part of setup, and it requires honoring opt-outs, which the system does automatically.
Find out how many calls you are missing.
Book a call. We will look at your call log, estimate what the missed ones are costing, and show you what the text-back would have said.
