Watch it run
The homepage conversation, as it happens on a real line. Call the demo number and have one yourself.
What it does that voicemail, a menu, or an answering service cannot
It answers on the second ring, every time, including the 9 PM estimate request and the Sunday water heater.
It knows your business. Your services, your service area, your hours, what counts as an emergency, which questions to ask before booking.
It books, not just takes a message. The appointment lands on your calendar with the details captured, and the customer gets a confirmation text.
It hands off. A true emergency, an angry customer, or a question outside its script goes to a person immediately, with the transcript.
One connected system
The AI employees we build
Receptionist: answers the line, handles the routine, captures the details, books the visit, escalates the rest.
Appointment setter: works new leads from your website, forms, and lead sources by text and call until they are on the calendar.
Qualifier: asks the questions that separate a real job from a tire kicker, so your estimator's time goes where it pays.
Follow-up employee: chases open estimates and unanswered quotes with the right words at the right intervals.
Customer service by text, chat, and email: order status, appointment changes, directions, hours, and the questions that eat your afternoon.
Handoff rules, transcripts, and recordings so you always know what was said and can tune it.
Reporting on calls answered, after-hours calls handled, appointments booked, and where each call came from.
Part of the whole: see every capability · how pricing works
Where it matters most
What it will not do
It will not pretend to be a person if someone asks. It says it is an AI assistant and offers a human.
It will not give medical, legal, or pricing promises outside what you approve. Unknown questions get captured and escalated.
It will not go live untested. We run it against your real call types and adjust it before it answers a customer.
Common questions
Will callers know it is an AI?
It sounds natural and most callers just get helped. If asked, it says it is an AI assistant and can connect them to a person. Honesty here builds trust and keeps you on the right side of disclosure rules.
Can it book directly onto my calendar?
Yes. It can be configured to work with your booking calendar or field-service scheduling tool, checks real availability, and confirms by text.
What happens with a real emergency?
You define the emergency words and situations. Those calls get transferred or the on-call person gets an immediate call and text with the details, while the AI keeps the caller informed.
Does it work by text and chat too, or only voice?
Both. The same employee can answer your website chat, reply to texts on your business number, and handle email inquiries, with one memory of the customer.
Can I hear it before I decide?
Yes. Call the demo line at (850) 990-3443. It is a live DigeWorks AI receptionist. It is a demo, not our business line, so treat it as one.
What does it cost to run?
Voice minutes and model usage are usage costs, passed through at cost or included in your plan, with allowances defined in writing before you start. See how pricing works.
Is our data safe?
Calls and transcripts live in your system, not a shared inbox. We do not sell or share customer data, and we scope what the AI can access.
Hear it answer, then decide.
Call the demo line, then book a call with us. We will map which calls you are missing today and what the receptionist would do with them.
